Mental Health Parity Workgroup

 

​​Pursuant to § 15-144(N) of the Insurance Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, on or before December 31, 2021, the Commissioner shall, in consultation with interested stakeholders, adopt regulations to ensure uniform definitions and methodology for carriers to submit reports to the Commissioner to demonstrate compliance with the parity act.

Final Template Reporting Forms, Instructions and Supplement for COMAR 31.10.51

The deadline to file the first NQTL Analysis Reports and MHPAEA Data Reports with the MIA is March 1, 2022.  However, the four Data Supplement forms are not required to be submitted until April 1, 2022.
